Does RedBill replace my accounting software?
RedBill covers day-to-day shop finance: cashbook with end-of-day report, bank accounts, cheques, expenses, income, customer and supplier statements, tax and profit & loss. It is not a full double-entry accounting package (no chart of accounts, journals or balance sheet); reports export to CSV for your accountant.
Can RedBill handle multiple shops or branches?
Yes. A main shop can have branch shops under the same owner, each with its own stock, currency and tax settings, and the reports center can be filtered by branch or show the whole network.
What currency and tax rules does it support?
Sign-up offers 60+ country presets that set the currency, symbol and timezone. Tax is optional per shop, with presets for 59 countries (VAT, GST, sales tax) and tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive pricing.
