Drag and drop - you can just drag and drop the files into the brain area.
“Add New” - You can use the “Add New” button to pick files and folders from your file system.
Please note - Your original files are not stored inside Redbill.
They’re just indexed in the Redbill Super Brain.
Once you add a file, Redbill will index it and start showing it in your “Manage Brain” screen.
You can see the indexing process in progress on this screen -
While indexing is in progress, you won’t be able to chat with the brain yet.
Once the file is indexed, you will be able to see a green tick on the file name. And document information on the right side panel.
Adding Web Pages
You can add web pages to a brain by clicking the “Add New” Button
Once you click the button, you will see a popup to enter the URL of the web page you’re looking to save.
While entering the URL, you can also choose to index the sub-pages of the URL up unti 1 level deep.
Once you click proceed, you will get a popup to select the sub pages that you want to index.
You can uncheck the ones you don’t want, and check the ones you want to keep.

Once the web page is propelry indexed, you will see a green tick on the folder name, and also a list of pages indexed in the right side document information panel.
