Please read this agreement before installing RedBillCover ("the Software").
By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.

1. FREE USE
   You may download, install and use the Software free of charge, for
   personal and commercial purposes, on any number of computers.

2. REDISTRIBUTION
   You may share the unmodified installer, free of charge, provided this
   license and all copyright notices are kept. You may not sell the
   Software, bundle it with other software for sale, or distribute a
   modified version without written permission from RedBill.app.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. RedBill.app keeps all rights,
   title and copyright in the Software. You may not remove copyright
   notices, or reverse engineer the Software except where the law
   allows it.

4. HOW THE SOFTWARE WORKS ON YOUR DRIVES
   The Software only reads from the drives it scans. It writes only
   recovered files, disk images and reports to locations that you choose.
   Always save recovered files to a different drive than the one you are
   recovering from.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RECOVERY
   Data recovery cannot always succeed. Data that has been overwritten,
   erased by an SSD (TRIM), encrypted without an available key, or stored
   on physically failed hardware may be impossible to recover with any
   software. Results depend on the condition of your drive.

6. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDBILL.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
   FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, HARDWARE DAMAGE, OR ANY DIRECT,
   INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF,
   OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE. If you are recovering critical or
   irreplaceable data, consider a professional data recovery service.

8. PRIVACY
   The Software works offline. It does not collect, upload or share your
   files or any personal information.

9. LAWFUL USE
   You may only use the Software on drives that you own or are authorised
   to access.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Software.
