Please read this agreement before installing RedBill Bargate ("the Software").
By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.

1. FREE USE
   You may download, install and use the Software free of charge, for
   personal and commercial purposes (for example in your shop), on any
   number of computers.

2. REDISTRIBUTION
   You may share the unmodified installer, free of charge, provided this
   license and all copyright notices are kept. You may not sell the
   Software, bundle it with other software for sale, or distribute a
   modified version without written permission from RedBill.app.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. RedBill.app keeps all rights,
   title and copyright in the Software. You may not remove copyright
   notices, or reverse engineer the Software except where the law
   allows it.

4. YOUR DATA AND GOOGLE DRIVE
   Your products, label templates, settings and print history are stored
   on your computer. If you choose to connect Google Drive, a backup is
   saved in your own Google Drive account. The Software can only see the
   files it creates there. RedBill.app does not receive, store or share
   your data.

5. CHECK YOUR LABELS
   You are responsible for checking that printed labels, prices, barcodes
   and dates are correct before using them, and for following the
   labelling and barcode rules that apply to your business. Barcode
   numbers generated by the Software are for in-store use; to sell
   through retailers you may need officially registered GS1 numbers.

6. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDBILL.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
   FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, WASTED LABELS OR MATERIALS,
   INCORRECT LABELS OR PRICES, HARDWARE DAMAGE, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
   INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR
   INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Software.
